Workout Sea

Walkthrough

Just off the coast of the Fields of Honor is Workout Sea. More Pokemon can be found here, as well as a variety of items. A special character can be found on one of the islands in workout sea, the same that will create a Galarica Cuff for you out of your Galarica Twigs. This item can be used to evolve Galarian Slowpoke into Galarian Slowbro.
