What Birthday Features Are There?

In Pokemon Sword & Shield, you can set your birthday to the game by talking with the character outside the Wedgehurst Pokemon Center. If you do so, certain features will occur within the games on that specific day. The first special feature is a classic to the Pokemon Franchise, coming in the form of a birthday surprise when entering your first Pokemon Center on that day. When you enter, the entire Pokemon Center will be dark before a confetti shower is given. The Pokemon Center Nurse will even wish you a Happy Birthday, and a special Poke Ball Cake will appear after healing your Pokemon. The second birthday feature will happen when making Curry on your birthday, as a special confetti animation will appear over the curry while the left-hand curry will have a candle on it.
