How To Farm EXP?

For every single Max Raid Battle you win in the Wild Area, you will most likely receive EXP Candy as a reward. The better the Max Raid Pokemon is, the bigger the EXP Candy you receive will be. And the larger the size of EXP Candy, the more EXP your Pokemon will receive when the candy is given to them. XS EXP Candy will help Pokemon gain 100 EXP Points, S EXP Candy will help them gain 800 EXP, M EXP Candy will help Pokemon gain 3,000 EXP Points, L EXP Candy will help them gain 10,000 EXP Points, and XL EXP Candy will boost a Pokemon's EXP by 30,000 Points! In no time at all, EXP Candy can help a trainer fully level their Pokemon!

Furthermore, certain EXP Candy can be purchased from one of the Hikers in the Wild Area using the Watts you receive from making contact with the glowing Pokemon Dens throughout the Wild Area. You can also receive EXP Candy as a possible reward for defeating Cafe Master Richard in Wyndon.
