What Are League Cards?

League Cards are the brand new version of Trainer Cards found in Pokemon Sword & Shield. League Cards will record and display all the main achievements your trainer completes, including the number of Gym Badges earned, the amount of Money you currently have, number of Curries made, best score on Rotom Rally, number of Pokemon captured, and the number of Shiny Pokemon found. Players from across the world will also see your League Card during Online Battles, and League Cards can even be shared with others over internet connection via the Y-Comm.

Additionally, players can customize their League Cards to have certain Backgrounds, Effects, Frames, Expressions, Poses, and Foils. Some of the these customizations will be available at the beginning of the game, while others will be earned by visiting certain cities or simply as you progress further in the game (or after you do specific tasks). There are even a few customizations that must be purchased using the PokeDollars you have.
