Within the Battle Tower, you will find the Hyper Trainer behind the far right counter. This man will personally IV Train your Pokemon that have already reached Level 100, but he will only do so in exchange for Bottle Caps. Regular Bottle Caps will allow him to maximize the IVs for one Pokemon Stat, while a Gold Bottle Cap will allow him to maximize the IVs for all of a Pokemon's Stats.
