As you arrive on the Crown Tundra, you will be approached by a Professor that will update your Pokedex to include a section for the Crown Tundra. It total, there are 210 Pokemon within the Crown Tundra Pokedex. Each and every one of these Pokemon can be found on the Crown Tundra, except for the evolution chains apart of the New Version Exclusives that must be traded for in order to be obtained. By completing this Pokedex and showing it to the Professor who updated your Pokedex for you, you will receive 50 Rare Candies and 3 Gold Bottle Caps (as well as a few updates to your personal league card and some clothing items). Pokemon transferred from Pokemon HOME do not count towards this Pokedex.
