What In-Game Trades Are There?

Like all previous Mainstream Pokemon Games, there are a number of Non Playable Characters within Pokemon Sword & Shield that will be looking to make a trade with your trainer. The earlier in these games that the trade takes place, the more common the Pokemon these trainers will trade. But as you advance further along in your journey, these trade will feature much stronger and rarer Pokemon. Some of these Pokemon will come at Dynamax Level 1, while some will be received at Dynamax Level 2 or Dynamax Level 3.

All Known In-Game Trade

Skwovet: In the Motostoke Pokemon Center, a trainer will be willing to trade their Skwovet for a Bunnelby. It will come at Level 10 and will have a Dynamax Level of 1.

Kantonian Meowth: In the Turrfield Pokemon Gym, a trainer will be willing to trade their Kantonian Meowth for a Galarian Meowth. It will come at Level 18 and will have a Dynamax Level of 1.

Cottonee: In the Hulbury Market, a trainer will be willing to trade their Cottonee for a Minccino. It will come at Level 23 and will have a Dynamax Level of 1.

Togepi: Near the battlefield outside the Hammerlocke Vault, a trainer will be willing to trade their Togepi for a Toxel. It will come at Level 25 and will have a Dynamax Level of 1.

Hatenna/Impidimp: In one of the buildings in Stow-on-Side, a trainer will be willing to trade their Hatenna (Sword) or Impidimp (Shield) for a Maractus. Each will come at Level 30 and will have a Dynamax Level of 1.

Unovan Yamask: In the Ballonlea Gym, a trainer will be willing to trade their Unovan Yamask for a Galarian Yamask. It will come at Level 36 and will have a Dynamax Level of 2.

Throh/Sawk: Near the ice cream stall in Circhester, a trainer will be willing to trade their Throh (Sword) or Sawk (Shield) for a Vanillish. Each will come at Level 37 and will have a Dynamax Level of 2.

Kantonian Mr. Mime: In Spikemuth, a trainer will be willing to trade their Kantonian Mr. Mime for a Ostagoon. It will come at Level 40 and will have a Dynamax Level of 1.

Duraludon: In one of the houses on your way to Wyndon Stadium, a trainer will be willing to trade their Duraludon for a Frosmoth. It will come at Level 50 and will have a Dynamax Level of 3.
