How To Get Ability Patch?

One of the newest and most sought after item found within the Crown Tundra is none other than the Ability Patch. This special item allows you to switch one of your Pokemon's Normal Abilities with its Hidden Ability. Never before has this been possible for players! Prior to the release of the Ability Patch, player would have to resort to other measures in order to obtain Pokemon with their Hidden Abilities. In previous games, players would have to rely on the Dream World, Hidden Grottos and Events in order to obtain Pokemon with their Hidden Abilities. Even in Pokemon Sword and Shield, players would have to rely on Max Raid Battles to find Pokemon with their Hidden Ability. But now, all the that is needed is the Ability Patch.

Because the Ability Patch is such an incredible item, it comes as no surprise that the cost of obtaining one is quite steep. The first way a player can receive an Ability Patch is by completing all four Legendary Clues Stories apart of the Crown Tundra, including They Came From The Ultra Beyond. After completing the final task, you will actually receive an Ability Patch from the scientist of the Max Liar. In addition to this method, players can purchase Ability Patches from the seller in the Max Liar for approximately 200 Dynite Ore (obtained by participating in Dynamax Adventures).
