Mints

Mints are a brand new item introduced to World of Pokemon, primarily used for competitive training. Mints can be found and purchased during your adventure through The Galar Region, and they allow trainers to change the nature of their Pokemon. Natures help players boost certain stats of their Pokemon. There is a Mint for every Pokemon Nature known to exist, giving players an easier method to getting the perfect nature for their Pokemon without having to breed.

How to Get Mints

In total, there are 25 Mints, and they can only be purchased from the Battle Tower using Battle Points after completing the Main Story.

What do Mints do

However, even though Mints do effectively change the statistics of a Pokemon to that of specific nature, a Pokemon's Base Nature doesn't actually change. This doesn't mean all that much, as it was simply put into place for certain Pokemon that have Different Forms based upon their Base Nature (most notably, Toxtricity).
