.Scopely has announced a limited-time Hello Kitty and Friends collaboration for MONOPOLY GO, running from March 10 to March 29. The crossover brings Sanrio characters into the game through themed mini-games, collectible items and cosmetic rewards, with Hello Kitty Partners being rumored as the first event to begin on Tuesday, March 10 at 1 PM ET.
The event is built around familiar Monopoly GO format of events rather than a brand-new standalone mode, so regular players should already have a good idea of how most of it will work. What changes is the presentation, with Hello Kitty and Friends characters appearing across different event formats, collectibles and visual themes.
If you are following the wider event cycle, it is also worth keeping an eye on our Monopoly GO daily events schedule to which events are in play and coming up next as well as our free dice links page if you want to check to see if you've missed any recent free dice links.
The first part of the collaboration to go live will be Hello Kitty Partners on Tuesday, March 10 2026 at 1 PM ET. This is a themed version of the standard Partners event, where players team up with friends, spin for points and work together to complete builds in return for milestone rewards.
For most players, that means the structure should be familiar from previous Partners events. The main difference here is that the attractions, visuals and likely some of the rewards will be tied to Hello Kitty and Friends. For anyone planning ahead, building up dice and checking the daily events schedule before the event starts should help, especially if you want to push early milestones quickly.
Scopely says the crossover includes a broad Sanrio line-up rather than focusing on Hello Kitty alone. The announced characters are:
That matters because the event appears to spread those characters across different parts of the collaboration, including race cars, stickers, tokens and other themed cosmetics.
The Hello Kitty and Friends collaboration is set to run across several existing Monopoly GO event types. According to the announcement from Scopely, players can expect themed versions of the following:
The key point is that this is being treated as a multi-event collaboration window rather than a single one-off activity. Players should expect the theme to run across different game events during the March 10 to March 29 2026 period.
Alongside the mini-games, the collaboration also adds a range of themed collectibles. These include a Hello Kitty and Friends sticker set with nine stickers, themed shields, themed dice and themed emojis.
Scopely has also confirmed themed in-game tokens with customizable dress-up accessories as part of the newer Style Token feature. That should make the collaboration relevant not just for players chasing dice and event rewards, but also for collectors who want exclusive cosmetics tied to the crossover.
If you are focused on sticker progress as well as event rewards, our Ultimate Guide to Sticker Packs in Monopoly GO, Posh Pets album guide and Golden Blitz schedule are all useful pages to keep close by while the crossover is live.
Right now, the main confirmed dates are March 10 for the start of the collaboration and March 29 for the end of the event.
Hello Kitty Partners is the first themed activity which started on March 10 and run through to March 15.
The second themed event is Hello Kitty Prize Drop which runs from Marh 15-17, 2026.
Next up after this is expect to be a Hello Kitty dig event.
