Wrapping up Monopoly Origins is the final tournament of the current season, Race to the Top, which makes it's return to Monopoly Go as a one day event starting at 2PM ET on 27th March and finishing a little before the end of the season on 28th March 2024.

We've got the updated milestones and rewards list for this tournament so you can see what you can win and how many points you'll need for each one.

This event has 25 rewards to claim including 3440 Dice as well as these other useful prizes.

• High Roller at milestone 4

To claim all of the rewards you will need to earn 14675 points before the end of the event.

How to Score Points in Tournaments

Unlike main events, scoring points in tournaments is always the same. You only need to land on the Railroads, then you play either Shutdown or Bank Heist and get the following points.

Shutdown
• Shutdown Blocked - 2 points
• Shutdown Success - 4 points

Bank Heist

• Small Heist - 4 Points
• Large Heist - 6 Points
• Bankrupt - 8 Points

Those points are the multiplied according to the dice multiplier that you used.

How to Score Big in Tournaments

The best way to score big in tournaments is to roll while there is a high roller flash event running. So you can either unlock one of these as you play through the tournament milestones, or if you find one in the current main event or the daily flash events.

Then you can really roll big, then if you get to play a bank heist you have to potential for a massive score with a single roll. But you also have the potential to lose a ton of dice too! So best to try this only when you have good scoring options for the main event that is running at the same time.

For example if it is a pickup event and there are lots of scoring options either side of the railroad tile so your potential of landing on a tile that will score in the tournament or main event is higher.

Winning in a Monopoly Go tournament also depends a lot on the group you are placed with, there may be some real high scorers in there which will make winning this tournament really difficult. One suggestion before you throw a load of dice at this tournament is to wait and see how it unfolds, to see if you have enough dice to challenge for a big prize at the end.
