Downtime Derby Rewards and Milestones

Get ready to compete again in another tournament on Monopoly GO, as Downtime Derby starts at 12 PM ET on the 23rd March and runs until 12 PM ET on the 24th March, 2025.

Available to win in this one day tournament are up to 6,815 free dice rolls as well as various sticker packs and 2,160 Flags that you can use in Tycoon Racers.

Make it to the top of the leaderboard in your group to get a purple pack, which so far this season have been very hard to come by. There are also blue packs available if you don't make it quite to the top.

As usual, you score points in tournaments by landing on any railroad tile. The more dice you use to land on a railroad the more points you'll score. But it also depends on which mini game you get given to play, either Shut Down or Bank Heist. The dice multiplier that you used will be multiplied by the points you score in one of those mini games to give you the points for that roll. Big scores are possible with just a single throw, but you do have to be very lucky! The full points system is detailed towards the bottom of this guide page.

How to score points in tournaments

Score in the tournaments on Monopoly Go by landing on railroads, then you play either Shutdown or Bank Heist and get the following points.

Shutdown

• Shutdown Blocked - 2 points
• Shutdown Success - 4 points

Bank Heist

• Small Heist - 4 Points
• Large Heist - 6 Points
• Bankrupt - 8 Points
• Mega Heist Gold Bars - 12 Points

Those points are the multiplied according to the dice multiplier that you used.
