All Shell Showdown milestones and rewards

Shell Showdown on Monopoly Go is a tournament event where there are 6,815 free dice rolls up for grabs as well as three sticker packs and 1,910 Partner event tokens from the 40 milestones.

Shell Showdown starts at 1 PM ET on the 12th April and runs until 4 PM ET on the 13th April, 2025 giving you one day to play it.

There are also some leaderboard rewards depending on the position that you finish in your group at the end of the event. Top prize in the leaderboard rewards includes a purple sticker pack, but for this event there are no clam shells in the leaderboard rewards becuase this is the final tournament for Aqua Partners.

To play tournaments on Monopoly Go, you have to land on any railroad, then you get given to play one of two mini games, Shutdown or Bank Heist. The number of points you earn will depend on your performance in the game and the dice multiplier you used for that throw. Scoring is explained in more detail towards the end of this guide page.

There is also the partner event, Aqua Partners running too, and you can win tokens for that event with dice rolls too if you land on any of the tokens that are scattered around the board, as well as of course from the milestone rewards in this banner event.

Also in play is the solo banner event, Pearly Cove, where more partner event tokens, dice and stickers can be won. To win points in that event land on the event tokens on the board.

Monopoly Go tournaments explained

The aim of any tournament on Monopoly Go is to land on railroads, this will the start either the shutdown of bank heist mini game, then you'll get some tournament points based on the scoring system for the mini game that you played. Full scoring is explained later in the article.

Getting points allows you to progress through the milestons list which below and as you reach each milestone you'll get the corresponding reward which is listed in the table.

You can see which tournament is currently running on Monopoly Go by tapping the icon which is usually towards to top on the right of the game screen, although the icon for the tournament will be different to the one shown in the screenshot.

How to score points in tournaments

Score in the tournaments on Monopoly Go by landing on railroads, then you play either Shutdown or Bank Heist and get the following points.

Shutdown

• Shutdown Blocked - 2 points
• Shutdown Success - 4 points

Bank Heist

• Small Heist - 4 Points
• Large Heist - 6 Points
• Bankrupt - 8 Points
• Mega Heist Gold Bars - 12 Points

Those points are the multiplied according to the dice multiplier that you used.
