Tax and Utility events will score points when you land on any of the mentioned tiles. There are two Tax tiles, located near the Go corner of the board and two Utility tiles that are spread further away. It is easier to target the Tax tiles.

The Dig Treasures event is also in play at the same time as this banner, so I'd factor that into your target. Milestone 37 should bring you around 99 pickaxes, which is a sensible amount to aim for without overcommitting your dice. Remember you can top up your pickaxes from the current Farm Express tournament as well, plus Quick Wins, the free shop gift and Tycoon Club for the duration of the Dig Event.
