In 20 level dig events you usually need to aim for around 400-450 pickaxes to complete the whole event. Although luck does play a part in the final amount as well as changes in each of the events. I usually aim to colelct about 100 pickaxes for each day or the four days of a 20 or 25 level dig event.
There are various ways to easily get pickaxes in Spring Treasures, here is a complete rundown.
There are the events that you see advertised in the game in the top center of the screen. You can find out which sole milestone event is currently running and get a complete rewards list for it by heading over to our daily events schedule and finding a link to the solo milestone event. Usually, the solo milestone event is the single BEST way to get the bulk of the pickaxes that you need to complete this Spring Treasures.
Tournaments are listed on the right of the game screen, these are the events that you have to play either Shutdown or Bank Heist when you land on a Railroad. These tournaments also have milestones, and when digging events such as Spring Treasures are running you'll be able get some pickaxes within the milestone rewards for the tournament. You'll be able to find details of today's tournament plus a link to the milestone rewards where you can see how far you need to play the tournament to get more pickaxes over on our daily events schedule. Tournaments are the second best way to get pickaxes in Monopoly Go
You can access Quick Wins via the 'WIN' tab at the bottom of the game screen, while there are special events running, you will usually get the event item as rewards in Quick Wins. You don't get as many as you do with sole milestone events and tournaments, but you can get a useful amount of pickaxes from Quick Wins, especially if you complete all three of them every day of Spring Treasures.
Every eight hours you can collect a free gift from the shop. You can normally find this by going to the shop in the game and then swiping the top block to the left about five times until you get to the end. There will either be a free gift waiting for you which will normally include pickaxes while digging events are running, or a timer telling you when to come back to collect your free gift.
Some of the levels include free pickaxes as part of the rewards, look out for these in the rewards and milestones list in the table above,
Those are the only five ways to get free pickaxes in Monopoly Go in order from top to bottom.
Here is a guide to each of the levels that we have completed so far in Spring Treasures.

Very simple, you are just looking for a 2x1 treasure. I normally start somehere in the middle.
Again, I avoid the edges when searching for the two 2x1 treasures that are needed to complete this level. Spread your search out so that you allow a gap of at least one tile between each guess.
Pay attention to the items that you need to find which are 3x1, 2x2 and 2x1 items. The 2x2 can only be found in the corners so you can start off there. Then just try to leave appropriately sized gaps beween each guess.

This is quite a big board to find two 3x1 objects, and this one took me 18 pickaxes to complete. Leave two spaces between each guess where you can. The yellow squares cannot be broken or hold a treasure.
Probably best to avoid searching the boulders on this level as they take two pickaxes to break, so search around the board and only break the boudlers if you have to.
A small buut tricky level as you are only looking for a 2x1 and 3x1 artifact, again make sure your guesses are appropriately spaced according to what you have to find.

Again, I would say avoid searching the boulders where you can, you could try each of the corners to search for the two 2x2 objects that you need to find.
Another one wher eyou can avoid the boulders and only break them if you have to there are two 2x1 and two 3x1 objects to find on this level.
There are three 3x1 objects to discover on this level so spread out your guesses so there are two tiles between each try.

This one is pretty straightforward and even if you miss some shots, there is a good chance the gopher will appear and help you. In this level you are looking for one 2x1 piece and two 3x1 pieces.
Try to avoid searching the boulders but it is inevitable that you will have to break a few of these at least to complete this level where there are three 2x2 artifacts to be found.
Personally, I just searched the normal tiles and not the boulders in order to discover where all of the objects were. This one is particularly tricky as there are two 1x1 objects that have to be found as well as two 2x1 objects and two 3x1.

There is one large 3x3 object to find in this level, hit the tiles around the center first in order to discover where this one is
There are three 2x2 objects to be found on this level, it is difficult to avoid the boulders when searching, but if you can do so, spread your search tries out so there is enough space between each guess in relation to the objects that need to be found
On this level you have to find three 2x1 objects, make guesses and avoid the boulders that need two hits to break.

There are five objects to find on this level, three 2x2 and two 3x1. It's inevitable that you'll have to break some boulders, but try to make logical guesses on the normal tiles where you can. There are a couple of yellow times on this level two which can't be broken or have part of an object in them.
Any levels with 1x1 objects can be tricky and for me they were in the top left and right corners. But all maps will be different so you may not find them in the same place as me. There are also a 4x1 object and a two 3x1 objects to find.
There is another 1x1 object to find on this level as well as two 2x1, one 4x1 and one 3x2. The 3x2 is the easiest to find as there are not so many areas that it can be located do to the yellow tiles.

On this level you'll need to find three 3x1 objects and two 4x1 objects the boulders will make things a little more difficult but you can still make the majority ofyour lcoation guesses on normal tiles to save some digs.
This is the final level and how many pickaxes it will take you to complete it will depend on how many boulders you'll have to break to find everything which includes two 4x1 objects, two 3x1 obects and two 2x1 objects. So that makes a minimum of 18 pickaxes, although it's likely you'll need more because some parts of objects will be under boulders..
This wraps up the level by level strategy guide for Spring Treasures, hopefully these screenshots were of some use to your event planning.
Normally, there are no free pickaxe links. If we spot any however, you'll be able to find them on our free dice links page, which is a page we update every day with the latest free dice links to get you some extra free rolls in the game. These links are distributed by Scopely, and all are tested by us before we publish them on our website to make sure that they work and are legitimate links.
We've been playing all of the similar digging events in Monopoly such as Moonlight Treasures and Galactic Treasures, so have had the time to work out the best ways to give you the best chance to complete this event, here's what we've got.
It's really important to check the milestones list of the sole milestone event and tournament that is running at the same time as Spring Treasures, you can do this by heading to our daily events schedule to get a link to the current events to view their rewards and milestones list. This allows you to work out how far you should go in each of the events before it starts to get too difficult for you to get pickaxes. Having a plan by looking at these rewards lists can be really helpful. Remember to check the start and end dates for these events because usually you can have two or three tournaments which last for one day each, and only one solo milestone event which may last two or three days, so you may want to plan to stagger progress in the solo event and spread over the two or three tournaments that run over that time.
Pay attention to the sizes of the items that you need to find in the game and only click on locations on the board that the remaining items will actually fit.
If you are unsure where to start with your guesses, one suggestion is to use the checkerboard technique, so you leave a gap of one square between guesses, like a checkerboard. Some items that you need to find however are 1x1 so that technique won't work to find those!
Remember that the items that you need to find can be rotated horizontally or vertically.
In dig events such as Spring Treasures, if you have any leftover pickaxes these are usually converted to dice and given back to you. You can't rollover extra pickaxes to the next dig event. Also once you have completed the final level of this event, you can no longer collect more pickaxes. And any pickaxes rewards left to collect through solo events and tournaments would usually become cash rewards instead.

This is why some people wait until just before the end of a dig event to finish the final level. However there is always a risk that you forget to complete it and lose out on that final big prize!
That more or less wraps up my guide to Spring Treasures, I hope you have a lot of fun, find everything, and get that Wild Sticker!
