.The latest partner event on Monopoly Go, Rocket Partners, is underwat and ends on August 20th 2024 at 4 PM ET. Now is a great time to check out the Rocket Partners milestones list below to see what you can win in this co-op event, and if you've not to selected all four partners yet, to also start connecting with players on forums to tie down partnerships with your favorite players.
Discover everything that you can win, which includes a wild sticker, and read through our best tips on how to get more Rocket Partner event tokens right here.
The rewards list is very similar to the previous partner event, Ice Cream Partners, except of course the final reward is a Retro board token instead of an Ince Cream Truck. There are two main ways to win rewards in any partner event on Monopoly Go, that is to work through the milestones of each individual build item and to complete all four.
In partner events you team up with four other players in order to construct something, here is a list of rewards and milestones for each individual build.
| Next milestone points | Total points needed | Reward |
|---|---|---|
| 2,500 points | 2,500 points | 200 free dice rolls |
| 6,000 points | 8,500 points | Money |
| 13,000 points | 21,500 points | 200-300 free dice rolls and game money, and high roller boost |
| 26,500 points | 48,000 points | 300-500 free dice rolls, three star pink sticker pack, and roll match |
| 32,000 points | 80,000 points (completion of one build) | 400-600 free dice rolls, game money, four star blue sticker pack, and lucky chance |
Complete all four builds in Rocket Partners to get the Grand Prize:
80,000 points will complete one build, so if you want to complete all four then you'll need 320,000 points between you and your partners. Each partner can only contribute to one of your builds.
It's great to see the return of the Wild Sticker as part of the final reward for completing the whole event, and it's something I'll certainly be aiming to get with my partners. We are currently mid way through the season, and I've also noticed more opportunities to get wild stickers, which is really helpful to get those last few stickers missing in a collection.
Remember you won't be able to see or play Rocket Partners in your game until it starts, which we are predicting will be 8:30 AM ET on August 15th.
To get started, simply team up with other players, by clicking on the green plus icon on the game board when the event is active. Then you need to collect as many of the event tokens, in this case, batteries, from the game as you can. Use these tokens to spin the event wheel to get points towards your builds in Rocket Partners. That is just a simple quick overview and we go through this in much more detail below.
You can start to add partners as soon as this event actually starts. First of all you need to add at least one partner. To do this tap one of the plus icons on the middle of the game board after the event has started. You will then see a list of people that have requested to add you as a partner and a list of suggested partners from your friends list. If there are any that you believe will be a great partner, add them. Otherwise head back to your friends list leaderboard and scan that for potential partners. Remember the in game names of any you would like to invite then go back to the green plus icon on the game board to sent our your invites.
Adding the right partners is really important, because if they don't pull their weight you may be left with too much to do yourself to complete a build. Partners get the same reward for each build completed, no matter the size of their contribution, and once a partner has been added, they cannot be changed, so do take your time selecting the best partners for yourself.
There are many forums and Discord groups that are really busy with lots of players, but do be wary, as people may not always be presenting themselves honestly. If a Discord has a reputation function, maybe check through the higher reputation players there for some possible partners.
Our friends over at AppGamer, have a great Monopoly Go forum with a lot of dedicated players and would be a great place to start looking for partners On SuperCheats, we also have a Monopoly Go forum, and we'd love to get some more activity going there too! It's never too early to form relationships in Monopoly Go and to try to find prospective partners. Maybe people that I know in the game stay with the same trusted players that they have played partner events with previously.
Points are gained by spinning the event wheel, but to do that you need to collect the event tokens (battery packs), we explain how to do this further down the page, but once you have at least 20 tokens, you can spin the wheel, here's how.
Start off by tapping the event icon on the right of the screen after the event has begun and then using your tokens by selecting the multiplier you want to use in order to get points for your attraction. The higher the multiplier that you choose, the more tokens you will use, but the potential points you gain per spin will be bigger.
The least risky option is to use a lower multiplier such as x3 (60 tokens) or x5 (100 tokens), or just set it to x1 (20 tokens) for more spin opportunities, but less rewards per spin. Let's look next at how to get the event tokens that you need in order to spin the wheel and get those points to build your attractions.
Look out for batteries, being available on the game board, in Quick Wins, in the free shop gift, in events and tournaments. There may also be links as we get further along in this event, a few did pop up in some previous partner events, usually towards the end of them.
If you are looking for batteries in tournaments and events, then wait until the new ones come out after the start of Rocket Partners as you won't find any in the ones that started running before this event starts. So that being said, the most efficient way to play Rocket Partners is actually to start rolling when the first tournament starts after Rocket Partners has begun at 2 PM ET on August 15th, that way you'll be able to find partner event tokens in both the main banner event and tournament.
Check out this page of our guide for more tips on how to get more free batteries in Rocket Partners.
We do hope to see some at some point in this event. If there are any you'll be able to find them on our Free dice links page.
You'll only be able to see this event in your game after it starts, which is 8:30 AM on August 15th 2024. If you still can't see it after that time, try restarting your device and make sure you have the latest version of the game downloaded.
