Chance, Community Chest and Railroad events will score points when you land on any of the mentioned tiles. There are three Chance tiles, three Commuity Chest tiles and the four railroard tiles to get rewards from so there are lots of target tiles that are spread around the board very evenly.

The Transylvania Racers event is also in play at the same time as this banner, so I'd factor that into your target. Milestone 37 should bring you around 1620 flags, which is a sensible amount to aim for without overcommitting your dice. If however you are aiming to win the championship in the racer event, you may well need to aim a lot higher, and conversely if you are just wanting to pick up a few lap milestone rewards from one of the races, then you probably don't need to go too far in this event, just stop whenever you notice your dice pile decreasing too much.
