How many blasters will I need to finish Tusken Treasures?

In 20 level dig events you usually need to aim for around 350 blasters to complete the whole event. Although luck does play a part in the final amount as well as changes in each of the events. I usually aim to collect about 80-90 blasters for each day or the four days of a 20 level dig event.

What makes this dig event more unpredictable is the sheer number of double hit tiles in the board which can make things really take more blasters than expected. However the moles also can help a lot too to reduce the number of blasters that you use.

Although it is only 20 levels, as opposed to some dig events that have 25, the shee number of double hit tiles makes this a very difficult event to complete, especially in the later levels. On level 20 you may have some luck finding gophers as in the previous two dig events I remember there being quite a few on the final level.

How can I get more blasters for Tusken Treasures?

There are various ways to easily get blasters in Tusken Treasures, here is a complete rundown.

  1. Solo Milestone Events and Touranments

Check what events are running and coming up over on our daily events schedule then follow the links to the events to find out which milestones have blasters

  2. Quick Wins

You can access Quick Wins via the 'WIN' tab at the bottom of the game screen, while there are special events running, you will usually get the event item as rewards in Quick Wins. You can normally expect 12 blasters per day from Quick Wins if you complete them all. Remember on the first day of the event to only collect the Quick Wins after the dig event has started, otherwise you won't get the blasters.

  3. Shop gift

Every eight hours you can collect a free gift from the shop. You can normally find this by going to the shop in the game and then swiping the top block to the left about five times until you get to the end. There will either be a free gift waiting for you which will normally include blasters while digging events are running, or a timer telling you when to come back to collect your free gift.

  4. By completing Tusken Treasures levels

Some of the levels include free blasters as part of the rewards, look out for these in the rewards and milestones list in the table above,

Those are the only five ways to get free blasters in Monopoly Go in order from top to bottom.

Normally, there are no free blaster links. If we spot any however, you'll be able to find them on our free dice links page, which is a page we update every day with the latest free dice links to get you some extra free rolls in the game. These links are distributed by Scopely, and all are tested by us before we publish them on our website to make sure that they work and are legitimate links.

Tusken Treasures Event Tips

We've been playing all of the similar digging events in Monopoly such as Jawa Treasures and Galactic Treasures, so have had the time to work out the best ways to give you the best chance to complete this event, here's what we've got.

  • Check event milestones first

Before jumping into Tusken Treasures, check the current solo and tournament event milestones via our daily events guide. This helps you plan how far to go in each event before it gets too tough to earn blasters. Timing is key—solo events last longer, while tournaments are usually one day.

  • Reveal part of a treasure? Save it

If you uncover part of an object, figure out the rest using the preview image, then leave it. A gopher might finish it off and save you pickaxes.

  • Don't waste picks

Only guess in spaces where the remaining items can fit—no need to click randomly.

  • Use the checkerboard method

Start by guessing every other square to cover more ground. Just remember: it won’t help with 1x1 items, so adjust if needed.

  • Items can be rotated

Objects may appear rotated—check both horizontal and vertical possibilities when matching shapes.

What happens to my blasters after the Tusken Treasures ends?

In dig events such as Tusken Treasures, if you have any leftover blasters these are usually converted to dice and given back to you. You can't rollover extra blasters to the next dig event. Also once you have completed the final level of this event, you can no longer collect more blasters. And any blasters rewards left to collect through solo events and tournaments would usually become cash rewards instead.

End of dig event, blasters converted to dice

This is why some people wait until just before the end of a dig event to finish the final level. However there is always a risk that you forget to complete it and lose out on that final big prize!
