Score Points by landing on and Railroad tile and playing either Shutdown or Bank Heist, you can score points as follows:
Bank Heist x2
As with winnning any Tournament in Monopoly Go, you can plough your way through the milestones, and aim to get to the top of the leaderboard to get the most rewards in this event. To do this, you need to aim for Railroads as that will be the only tile that will give you points for tournaments in Monopoly Go.
Winning tournaments though is easier said than done, especially when the leaderboard includes 5-star purple packs or special tokens or shield skins. Unless you are a whale at the game and have a massive stash of dice, winning every tournament is incredibly difficult. The more you win, generally the more higher players you get grouped together with in subsequent tournaments.
I genrally play tournaments until I reach a milestone I'm not interested in, or the milestone to the next dice reward is too far away. I don't think I've actually completed all the milestones in any tournament, but I have one a few. It will really depend on who you are grouped with when it comes to your placing in the leaderboards.
If you are also hoping to score in the main event too, then using a high roller large multiplier may be good, that is if you don't mind landing on an event or tournament points tile. Pickup events are great for this as sometimes the points tiles are clustered around railroads giving lots of scoring opportunities.
The best scoring opportunities arise when you are 6,7 or 8 tiles away from your target tile, these are the highest probability throws.
