.You can get your new Monopoly Go season off to a flying start with just a bit of planning. Here are all the things I'm doing to make sure I use my game cash and dice at the right time to maximize my chances of getting some early dice packs at the start of the new season in our guide on how to prepare for the next season on Monopoly Go.
Unless you are pushing for more dice at the end of the season to try to get some last-minute sticker packs, you may be better off stacking the cash as the old season draws to a close. This way, you can get the sticker pack rewards for completing landmarks in the new season.
How this works is, whenever you don't need to accumulate more stickers in the old season, stop spending your cash on landmarks and start saving. Then, when the next season starts, unlock a Builder's Bash from a main banner event or from a flash boost event. See the daily events schedule for details on how to find the next Builder's Bash. If you can couple this with a Landmark Rush, even better, as you'll get more rewards.
Unfortunately, there are usually no Color Wheel Boost flash events at the start of the season. We normally have to wait about a week or so for these. So you could, in fact, wait until the stars align to utilize a Builder's Bash and Color Wheel Boost at the same time for the most effective use of your game cash to win some sticker packs early in a Monopoly Go season.
While Color Wheel Boosts are generally not featured as flash boosts at the start of a season, you may find them in some main solo banner events. However, they are usually quite far down the milestone lists and not achievable for most players.
If you are able to start a second account, it can be really useful in helping you complete sets in your original account and in being a reliable partner in partner events.
Build up and invest time in your new second account to make it more useful. The only problem is whether or not you have a second device to create a second account on. You may even use duplicate stickers from your main account to help the second account grow. The bigger it gets, the more useful it will become as you increase the number of dice it can refresh.
I have grown my second account so it can refresh to 400 free dice after running them out. A couple of times a day, I utilize these 400 free dice and take the account down to zero. During that time, I can score in events and win stickers. The duplicates I win can be sent to my main account to either give it enough stars to trade for a vault or to help fill missing sticker gaps and complete sets.
From time to time, I will stop rolling and accumulate dice in that second account if I want to push in a tournament to try to win a top reward, or if I know a special event, such as a dig event or a partners event, is coming up.

Not rolling and placing low in a tournament for a few days often means that when you are ready to start rolling again, you have a better chance of bagging that top spot or at least ranking high on the leaderboard.
Dig events are where I get the biggest wins. I use my free dice in my second account to accumulate pickaxes, but I don't use them until the end of the dig event. That way, I can stack all of the dice rewards in one go. Coupling that with a high-placed tournament finish and the 400 free dice refresh makes it relatively easy to stack a few thousand dice if you play it well.
Then, when you have those few thousand dice, you may be in a position to close some sets and grow your stash even more. Or, save them up and use them in the next partners event when you can give your main account a free ride, saving it a good couple of thousand dice.
Towards the end of the season, try not to do too well in tournaments. That way, the first tournament you play in at the start of the new season should be easier for you to rank well in. After you don't rank well for a little while, you are usually placed in an easier group. It's not always the case, but it's something I've noticed over time.
You may want to time this with tournaments for special events that you want to do well in. For example, if there is a special event you are not too bothered about, don't push in the tournament. Wait for the special event you want to play and then push hard in that tournament to maximize your effectiveness in both events.
