How to get Free Oven Mitts in Monopoly Go

In Thanksgiving Partners the token you need to collect is the oven mitts in order to spin the wheel and get points to bake your pumpkin pies, complete the event and get those five thousand free dice, the turkey token and a galaxy sticker pack.

Free Mitts Links

There are none right now, but as a fan and player of the game myself, I hope there will be some added later on. If they come, I expect them to work the same way as free dice links, you just basically click them, they open up the game on your device and you get the reward.

Gifts from Partners

While partners or friends cannot send you any mitts, if they land on the partner section of the partner wheel, you'll get the same number of mitts as the the number of mitts your partner used to spin the wheel on that turn.

To collect your partner gifts, just tap the friends link at the bottom of the game and then select Timeline. If you have any free dice or free mitts from friend or partner activity to collect they will be there.

Quick Wins

A reliable and easy to get source of free mitts. Access the Quick Wins menu from the 'Win' tab at the bottom of the game. Complete those tasks and for the duration of the partners event, there may be free mitts as part of the rewards that you get for completing individual quick wins.

Tournaments

Tournaments on Monopoly Go change either every day or every two days. It is the event which is linked to on the right side of the game.

With tournaments you can get mitts by playing landing on Railroads, then either playing the Shutdown or Bank Heist mini game to get some tournament points. As you collect points you work your way through the 25 or 30 gift milestones that are usually in a tournament and while there is a partner event running, some of those gift milestones will be mitts.

Main Events

Main events are the ones listed at the top of the game screen, main events usually run for 2-4 days.

Free Shop Gift

There is a free shop gift that you can collect every eight hours regardless of whether a partners event is running or not. But when it is, then usually you find free event tokens there as part of the gift package.

If you are not sure where the free shop gift is then tap the three lines at the top of the game, select shop, then you'll need to swipe that top block about five times to get to last screen where you'll either find a countdown timer to the next free shop gift or a nice gift waiting for you to open.

On the Game Board

The most obvious way to get mitts however is to land on them on the game board. You'll see them scattered on various tiles across the board, land on any of those for an amount of oven mitts equivalent to the amount of dice you used in your last throw.
