In Add More Riches, points come from landing on chance (1 points), community chest (1 point) or railroad (2 points) tiles, multiplied by whatever dice multiplier you used for that roll. Chance, Community Chest and Railroad events will score points when you land on any of the mentioned tiles. There are three Chance tiles, three Commuity Chest tiles and the four railroard tiles to get rewards from so there are lots of target tiles that are spread around the board very evenly.

With the Prize Drop Event also in play at the same time, aiming for around milestone 31 will get you a total of 245 prize-drop-chips which is a reasonable number to shoot for from this event. You can also get more prize-drop-chips from the current Springfield Monorail tournament as well as Quick Wins, the free shop gift and Tycoon Club, while the Prize Drop Event is running.
