The Labor Day event on Monopoly GO! is a 5 day event running from 4th - 8th September, 2023. In this event you have the opportunity to pick up thousands of free dice, rare gold and blue sticker packs and a ton of in-game money to help build out your landmarks and increase your net worth.

Summary of Labor Day Event Rewards

To complete this event you'll need to get in total, 28,840 points - more or less.

But if you do complete it all of the rewards are listed in the table above, and to summarise the best bits, they are:

• 14,075 Free Dice Rewards
• 3 Green Sticker Packs
• 1 Yellow Sticker Pack
• 2 Blue Sticker Packs
• 1 Pink Sticker Pack
• 1 Purple Sticker Pack
• 2 Gold Blue Sticker Packs

How to Get Points in Labor Day on Monopoly GO!

Points for this event are collected by landing on any of the corner squares, these are: GO, Just Visiting, Free Parking and Go to Jail. Each time you land on one of these tiles you'll get 4 points multiplied by the multipler number that you used to arrive at that square.

So if you are using the x10 multiplier and land on any of the corner squares, you'll get 40 points. So when you consider that to complete the event you need over 28,000, you should understand before you get any aspirations of that big reward at the end, you'll need a massive number of dice to get there. Probably a lot more that you would win in you completed the event.

FAQs

• Is it worth playing the event?

  Yes it is, even if you are a free to play (F2P) and don't spend money on dice, you can still get some good rewards in the early stages.

• Is there a good strategy to land on the corner squares?

  Not really, but if I had to suggest one, then look at the number of tiles you are away from a corner square and realise there is a slightly higher probabilty of throwing a number in the middle of the range of possible outcomes between 2-12 such as 6,7 or 8. Maybe these could be the best times to use your maximum multiplier. But the odds are still low.

• Are the dice throws rigged?

  This is another question that comes up a lot on Reddit and Discord groups. Nobody except the developers knows that exact mechanics of the dice throws, whether they are based on normal dice probabilities or if there is some other mechanc working in the background to try to induce you to spend money in the game.

• Can I get gold stickers from this event?

  Yes you can, the Blue and Gold Sticker Pack which you get at milestone 47 and at the end of the event will give you a guaranteed 4 star gold sticker.

Summary

While this is a challenging event it is spread of 4 days instead of the usual 3. However there are more milestones that normal. Being held at the start of the season where it's less likely you will be completing collections and getting the free dice associated with that to help boost your performance is another factor that will be against most people being able to complete Labor Day Parade.

That's not to say you should avoid the event and wait for the next one, there are still some decent rewards in there, and to get to milestone 24, which is about half way, you only need to get 1780 event points, as opposed to over 28,000 to complete the whole event.
