May the 4th Rewards and Milestones

The force is strong with this one as you take on the next challenge in our favorite dice rolling game, Monopoly Go. The May the 4th Tournament kicks off at the usual time of 1 PM ET on May the 4th and looks set to run until the end of Pod Racers at around 4 PM ET on May 5th 2025.

As you work your way through the game board, land on any railroad to score points to work your way through the 40 milestones of this tournament and climb up the leaderboard.

On offer in this tournament are 6,815 free dice rolls, 2,160 Flags various sticker packs and a number of game boosts. Make it to the top of the leaderboard for a purple sticker pack.

When this event ends at around 4 PM ET on May 5th, look out for the start of the next Peg-E Prize Drop - Deluxe Drop where there are a load of cool Star Wars related Monopoly Go cosmetics to be won. Also scheduled to start at the same time will be the banner event, Cosmic Carnival, and tournament, Astro Arcade, that will start at the same time.

All May the 4th Tournament Monopoly Go milestones and rewards listed

As with all tournaments on Monopoly Go, you earn points by landing on railroads, then these points are used to progress through the rewards of the event. The points you get depend on whether you play the shut down or bank heist event when landing on a railroad and how you perform in those mini games. The complete points system is given below the milestones list.

Consider timing when you play the event based on the boost events that are happening, as some may be particularly helpful, a complete list of predicted times for boost events every day is here, Monopoly Go daily schedule.

Boosts in this event explained

As well as dice, stickers and Adventure Club tokens, there are a number of boost events that are also unlocked as you play through the milestones of this event. Here is a list of the boosts and a short explanation of what each one does.

• Milestone 7 - Five Minutes High Roller

  The High Roller event is where you can increase your roll mulitplier fara bove the usual limits. A good opportunity to try your luck on making fast progress if you land on the right tiles. Remember that you can also loose a lot of dice quickly if it doenst work out.

• Milestone 13 - Five Minutes Cash Boost

  This is a decent boost if you are trying to accumulate game cash. In this event it comes in at milestone 13, so it may persuade you to keep rolling for a little longer. The Cash Boost will just basically increase the cash that you earn on every roll.

• Milestone 19 - 30 Minutes Mega Heist

  Mega Heist gives you a chance of scoring extra tournament points and earning more game cash. So if you are planning to score well in a tournament you stand a much better chance of doing so while this event is running.

• Milestone 29 - 10 Minutes Cash Boost

  This is a decent boost if you are trying to accumulate game cash. In this event it returns at milestone 29, and is a repeat of the earlier cash boost from milestone 13.

• Milestone 35 - 30 Minutes Builder's Bash

  Now is the time to start spending some game cash to at least get hotels on all of your landmarks to prepare for the next Color Wheel Boost, during Builder's Bash all landmark upgrades are discounted anywhere from 10 to 50%. If you know there is a Color Wheel Boost soon, check the daily events schedule, you may want to time to unlock of this boost to coincide with this flash boost..

Monopoly Go tournaments explained

The aim of any tournament on Monopoly Go is to land on railroads, this will the start either the shutdown of bank heist mini game, then you'll get some tournament points based on the scoring system for the mini game that you played. Full scoring is explained later in the article.

Getting points allows you to progress through the milestons list which below and as you reach each milestone you'll get the corresponding reward which is listed in the table.

You can see which tournament is currently running on Monopoly Go by tapping the icon which is usually towards to top on the right of the game screen, although the icon for the tournament will be different to the one shown in the screenshot.

How to score points in tournaments

Score in the tournaments on Monopoly Go by landing on railroads, then you play either Shutdown or Bank Heist and get the following points.

Shutdown

• Shutdown Blocked - 2 points
• Shutdown Success - 4 points

Bank Heist

• Small Heist - 4 Points
• Large Heist - 6 Points
• Bankrupt - 8 Points
• Mega Heist Gold Bars - 12 Points

Those points are the multiplied according to the dice multiplier that you used.
