In Cave of Riches on Monopoly Go, the are 46 milestones to contend with and you've got around three days to get through as many of those milestones as you want to. There is no special event running at the same time as this one, but there are tournaments, but in any case there are still stickers to collect.

Starting at 4 PM ET on the 6th October 2024 and running until 9th October at 11 AM ET, there are up to 18,240 free dice rolls to be won as well as two purple sticker packs. You can score points in this event by landing on chance, tax or utility tiles.

As well as the rewards in the list below there are also some extra rewards for some milestones which need to be completed before the timer ends in order for you to get them.

To claim all of the rewards you will need to earn 33,215 points before the end of the event.

How to play Monopoly Go Cave of Riches

Cave of Riches is a chance, tax and utility event, this means that you can only score points for this event by landing one of the four tax and utility tiles or any of the chance tiles. This does make it a tricky event, but usually, the best way to tackle it is to use your high multiplier only on the final section of the board when you are approaching the tax tiles as they ae quite close together, there are also a couple of chance tiles close to that final corner, so that is the section where there are the most scoring opportunities.

The screenshot above shows the section of the board I am talking about. The green arrows pointing to the chance and tax tiles, the red arrows pointing to the railroads for tournament points, and the blue arrow is pointing to a shield tile which may or may not be there for you and while it does not score points, at least you won't lose your dice as you'll get the number of dice thrown back minus any shields you have missing.

Watch out for getting tempted to use too many dice at the same time, it can work out well a lot of the times, but sometimes it doesn't and you end up losing a load of dice! Pay attention also to the points needed for milestones, particularly the gap between free roll milestones as that is the next opportunity to win more dice and keep rolling. However there is always a tournament running at the same time (see you daily events schedule for details) which gives another opportunity for more free rolls.

My strategy for this event

While there are no special events running at the same time as this banner event, and the various tournaments that will be running over the next three days, I will still be hoping to get to the milestone that contains the first blue sticker pack. I'll spread my progress over the three days of this event so that will also spread my progress over the tournaments that are also running while this event is on.
