Chance, Community Chest and Railroad events will score points when you land on any of the mentioned tiles. There are three Chance tiles, three Community Chest tiles and the four railroad tiles to get rewards from so there are lots of target tiles that are spread around the board very evenly.

Because Finale Partners is running at the same time, it's worth factoring that into how far you push here. Milestone 31 is a reasonable target — it nets you around 1730 tokens toward Finale Partners, which is a decent haul without burning through your dice stack.
