My strategy for this event

There is Avengers Racers running at the same time as this banner event, and if I'm setting out to win this event with my team, I'll want to win this first race, that means I'll need to milestone 33 at least before the end of the first race. So I have two days to do that. The first day of the event because that the race prep time, then the actual race which is more or less another 24 hours. This estimation on based on being grouped against normal oppenents and not dice whales!

An alternative strategy would be to team with random players or players that agree to be non-competitive in the race and just play the event as normal, and not push for flags but still be able to pick up some of the rewards from the flag milestones in the racer event.

How to play Monopoly Go Iron Billionaires

Iron Billionaires is a chance, tax and utility event, this means that you can only score points for this event by landing one of the four tax and utility tiles or any of the chance tiles. This does make it a tricky event, but usually, the best way to tackle it is to use your high multiplier only on the final section of the board when you are approaching the tax tiles as they ae quite close together, there are also a couple of chance tiles close to that final corner, so that is the section where there are the most scoring opportunities.

Tax Utility Chance

The screenshot above shows the section of the board I am talking about. The green arrows pointing to the chance and tax tiles, the red arrows pointing to the railroads for tournament points, and the blue arrow is pointing to a shield tile which may or may not be there for you and while it does not score points, at least you won't lose your dice as you'll get the number of dice thrown back minus any shields you have missing.

Seeing as there is also a racer event in play, there will also be flags on the board during this event, so that will give you even more chances to land on a tile that returns something positive. The number of flags you get for landing on one on the board is equivalent to the number of the dice multiplier that you used for that turn.

Watch out for getting tempted to use too many dice at the same time, it can work out well a lot of the times, but sometimes it doesn't and you end up losing a load of dice! Pay attention also to the points needed for milestones, particularly the gap between free roll milestones as that is the next opportunity to win more dice and keep rolling. However there is always a tournament running at the same time (see you daily events schedule for details) which gives another opportunity for more free rolls.
