Tax and Utility events will score points when you land on any of the mentioned tiles. There are two Tax tiles, l;ocation near the Go corner of the board and two Utility tiles that are spread further away. It is easier to tagert the Tax tiles.

Pushing to milestone 38 will net you around 259 prize-drop-chips for that event, which is a solid return without stretching your dice too thin.
