The store by the dock has a Nuka-Cola Quantum on the floor, a handmade tripwire, Food, components, and a copy of the Wasteland Survival Guide. The rooftop also provides a good vantage point to set up your spotlights and towers so build stairs there that will allow your settlers to go up.

The Scrapyard Home Decoration Guide

Unlocks new decoration items in workshops.

Lynn Woods

In one of the shacks, you'll find a Master-locked green steamer trunk. The sleeping bag nearby has a copy of the Wasteland Survival Guide.

Guide To Diamond City

Diamond City will be marked permanently in the map.

Gorski Cabin

Enter the root cellar of the cabin then continue to the shelter deep in the small cavern. You'll find this issue on the desk beside the terminal.
