Barter

Effect: Prices are permanently 5% better

Location: Longneck Lukowski's Cannery

There's a control room attached to the ceiling of the cannery. You can reach it by using the conveyor belts and walkway. The bobblehead is found on top of a broken terminal near a red steamer trunk.

Big Guns

Effect: +25% Critical damage with heavy weapons

Location: Vault 95

In the lower residential areas, find the room in the NE corner to find this bobblehead sitting on top of the radio in the center table.

Energy Weapons

Effect: +25% Critical damage with energy weapons

Location: Fort Hagen

This is found in the Command Center, the underground portion of Fort Hagen which will be accessible only during the quest Reunions. Continue deep inside and you'll run into a kitchen/dining hall. You'll find the bobblehead on the metal table between two fridges in the kitchen.

Explosives

Effect: +15% explosive damage

Location: Saugus Ironworks

In the Saugus Blast Surface, if you missed it during the quest, you can find the Explosive Bobblehead beside the steamer trunk in the upper walkway.

Lockpicking

Effect: Lockpicking is permanently easier

Location: Pickman Gallery This is found in the same room where you'll find Pickman about to be executed by raiders. This is found on the ground, beside the pillar and burning trash bin in the middle of the room.

Medicine

Effect: Stimpaks heal 10% more HP

Location: Vault 81

This is found in the secret area of Vault 81 which can accessed during the quest Hole in the Wall. It's inside the same room where you'll find Curie.

Melee

Effect: +25% Critical damage using melee weapons

Location: Trinity Tower

This is found inside the holding cell in the rooftop of the tower where you'll find Strong and Rex Goodman during the quest Curtain Call.

Repair

Effect: Fusion cores last 10% longer

Location: Corvega Assembly Plant

The Repair Bobblehead can be found on the rooftop of the building. There are multiple exits to the rooftop. The easiest one is from the main entrance, take the catwalk to the second floor door. Once inside, you'll find the door with the red mark “Exit”. From there, you have to make your way to the large blue sphere to the south. The bobblehead is found at the end of the topmost walkway.

Science

Effect: One extra guess/attempt when hacking

Location: Malden Middle School (Vault 75)

This is found in the observation room where you'll find the Vault 75 Admin Access Card. Refer to this quest's walkthrough for the complete direction.

Small Guns

Effect:+25% Critical damage to ballistic guns

Location: Gunners Plaza

After getting the key either from Cruz or Ryder, enter the Recording Room and kill everyone inside, including Captain Wes. You can also loot the the Small Guns bobblehead in the middle of the counter. Loot Wes's safe key from his body and use it to open his safe. There's also a green steamer trunk that you can loot. After clearing this room, you're practically done with the place.

Sneak

Effect: Harder to detect by 10%

Location: Dunwich Borers

Found in the deepest part of the cavern in Station 4. It's sitting on a table beside a terminal. Refer to the location's page for more information.

Speech

Effect: +100 caos to all vendors

Location: Vault 114

Found in the Overseer's room, on the desk. This is the same room where Nick Valentine is held captive.

Unarmed

Effect: +25% critical damage with unarmed attacks

Location: Atom Cats Garage

This is found on the hood of a wrecked car inside the garage in the Atom Cats compound.
