- Part of the quest “Last Voyage of the USS Constitution”, where you can retrieve the Poseidon Radar Transmitter.
- Rooftop room has lootable containers and weapons workbench
- From the entrance, turn right to enter the room with a terminal, armor workbench, and first aid kit. You can use the terminal to open the security door in the lower floor.
- The room to the SW has a gas leak and a makeshift bomb that can be triggered with a bathroom scale. You can disarm the trap and bomb to collect the components. There’s also a weapons workbench in this room.[/li
- Head to the lower flooded level and take out the remaining ghouls. In the northern corner, you’ll find a chem station, red steamer trunk, and a master-locked safe.
