Each issue of this magazine unlocks a new facial tattoo that can be used in modifying your character's appearance from any facial reconstruction surgeon. There are only five issues found in the game with issue numbers not in consecutive order.

Head to the southern corridors to find an Advanced terminal. After hacking it, look at the floor immediately to find an issue of Taboo Tattoos.

In the small room, lower ground, to the west, you can find an issue of Taboo Tatoos in front of a green steamer trunk. There's also a bed nearby.
