This is a friendly location where you can modify your Power armor, buy power armor parts, or just have a well-defended location where you can leave your stuff without traveling all the way back to Sanctuary. You can have this location marked in your map by encountering Duke, a member of the Atom Cats wearing a power armor with their signature paint job.

Garage

Rowdy sells custom Power armor parts, including Fusion Cores. The parts she'll sell will depend on your level so it's possible to get the elusive X-01 parts from her. She also sells an extra Power Armor frame which will be displayed outside the garage for you to equip and pick up. There are two power armor stations in the garage, which you can use for free. Remember to remove the fusion core if you'll leave them temporarily here so that the NPCs won't be able to use them.

There's a Power armor frame inside Rowdy's garage but remember that entering it is basically stealing it, possibly making everyone hostile against you if you get caught. You can get it for free later after doing a couple of tasks for the Atom Cats.

Inside the garage's bedroom, there's a holotape (Cats Poetry Night Tape 3)

Main Garage

The main garage is where the other Atom Cats members are hanging out most of the time. There's an Armor workbench inside the security gate, weapons workbench across it. Bluejay is the normal trader in the area. He also sells valuable fusion cores and other ammo.

The Unarmed Bobblehead is found on the hood of the car in the main garage.

You'll find an issue of Hot Rodder inside Zeke's trailer at the back of the main garage. Beside it is the Cats Poetry Night Tape holotape.

There's also a generator attached to the main garage with a Fusion Core.

There's also an incomplete Atom Cats T-60 Power Armor behind a couple of laser tripwires at the back of the garage, near Zeke's trailer. You can actually steal this suit as long as no one sees you. You can just fast-travel and leave this Power Armor in your preferred location.

Talk to Zeke to start an unmarked/ misc quest for the Atom Cats. After talking to Zeke, talk to Rowdy again to get the misc objective to head to Warwick to repair the Water pump there. Warwick's a short walk from the Atom Cats garage.

Set the misc quest active to mark the Warwick Homestead's location and head there. Once there, find the shed outside the fence and repair it using the device given to you by Rowdy. Once done, talk to June Warwick.

The Water pump will be marked in your map as long as you have the quest active. It's found in a small utility shed outside the building in Warwick. Interact with it to install the part and repair it. Talk to June Warwick in the building for her to acknowledge the repair.

Return to Rowdy and report about the quest. The gunners will attack shortly so defeat them all and talk to Zeke to become an ally of the Atom Cats. You'll get a permanent store discount and access to all the spare parts inside the area. You can even take the Power armor frame from Rowdy's garage (even if it's marked as “steal”). You'll also receive a unique outfit. (Zeke's Jacket and Jeans)
