Jackpot

This is quest which will require you to find the secret stashes in various locations. This is also an important Railroad quest since it unlocks the ability for players to craft sturdy "Ballistic Weave" clothing.

Hub360

This quest will be given by PAM immediately after completing the quest “Mercer Safehouse”. You’ll receive the RFID Device quest item. The building itself is an unmarked location near the Fallen Skybridge.

You have to take the emergency stairs to the west of the building. There should be a Railroad marker at the base of the stairs, indicating that you’re in the right path. After reaching the top floor of the building with the staircase, cross to the other building and make your way to the red door of the Hub 360 building.

Once inside, approach the secret door and it will open, revealing not-so-valuable items. You have to report to PAM to complete this quest. After completing this quest, Tinker Tom will be able to sell you “Armored” clothes and you’ll be able to craft “Ballistic Weave” to your undershirts, depending on your Armorer perk level. This upgrade provides the best protection

Ruined Skyscraper

The hunt for this second DIA cache will be given by PAM shortly after completing the first Jackpot quest. To reach this, you have to go around the building west of Postal Square and use the emergency stairs beside the small flyover. Enter the marked door of Pinnacle Highrise.

There’s a small Gunner outpost right after you open the first door inside. After clearing the outpost, the secret cache is located in the first corner to the south.

Medford Memorial Hospital

The secret cache is stored in the third floor, east wing, in the dead-end to the south, right outside the supply room.
