Ground floor

From the entrance, the door to the north has a card reader. If you visited the Wilson Automatoys Factory and got the ID card there, you can use it on this door. The room to the NW has an expert mainframe terminal. You can use it to open the security door across it.

The door to the left has a generator with fusion core. Room to the SE has several Giddyup Buttercup parts and cells with bodies you can loot.

Second floor

Super Mutant Cowl Armor found behind some desks to the west. You can get Mark's Warning holotape from the small office to the west of the ramp. On the next desk you can get the Buttercup Sales note and Wilson Automatoys ID Card.

Third Floor

The third floor can be accessed from the stairwell to the east, from the room with the required ID card. In the small office to the east, you'll find the Wilson Automatoys HQ Key on a desk in a small office beside a Advanced terminal. The ramp leading to the fourth floor is right across this room, to the north.

Fourth Floor

The locked office where you can use the key is located to the SE. Read the note on the table to get the password for the Development Terminal. Access the lab terminal and open it to gain access to the room. There's a master safe there but you can use the nearby terminal to unlock it. You can also eject Marlene's Holotape from this terminal.

The room to the SW has a super mutant shoulder rags, green steamer trunk, duffle bag, and advanced wall safe. Another Wilson Automatoys HQ Key is found on the desk under the steamer trunk, as well as a resignation letter. The terminal nearby can be used to open the wall safe.

Optional: Return the holotape to Arlen Glass in The Slog. He'll give you a lot of caps and some experience. You'll also receive a Buttercup Toy from him.
