Tessa is a named Gunner that has a raider power armor with a unique right arm part called Tessa's Fist. This power armor has a unique part called Tessa's Fist that quadruples the durability. Make sure to kill her while in her power armor. If you force her out of her power armor, the part will be marked as owned and even if you put it on a power armor frame you own, you will have to “steal” it. She's hanging around near the vicinity of Quincy Police Station.
Pharmacy contains a chem station, Long's terminal and an unlocked safe by the stairs behind the counter. There's a cooking station in the second floor pharmacy building.
The minutemen barracks to the NE has Hollis's terminal. The gun shop has a weapons workbench. In the same building, there's a clothing counter. The advanced terminal there is needed to unlock the floor safe. There's an armor workbench here as well.
The liquor shop has a chem station, blank terminal, and a chem station
The church has a Power armor station, cooking station, weapons workbench, and Sturge's terminal. In the upper level of the church, there's an expert safe. Baker is another named Gunner equipped with a Fat-Man and hangs out on the top of the church. He has a good Combat armor set.
Train car to the north is rigged with laser tripwires and a missile launcher. The overpass has a Nuka-Cola Quantum on the shelf beside a trailer truck with a medkit. Past that are more Beds, medical supplies, and the ramp leading to the upper level of the overpass.
Boss is a former Minutemen named Clint. He has his personal Power armor but you can prevent him from equipping it especially at night and as long as you approach him stealthily. He also carries a unique laser rifle called Good Intentions.
Mini-nuke in the wooden outpost in the upper layer of the overpass. Green steamer trunk is found between the two trailer trucks, and an issue of Guns and Bullets on the table beside the terminal.
