This is a trailer park filled with ghouls. Make sure to use your VATS from a distance to identify the ghouls playing "dead" so you can pre-emptively kill them. There's a chem station and steamer trunk in the NW trailer. The closed trailer in the middle-west has a mattress, blank terminal, stealth boy, and Novice Toolbox.
The main building in the middle of the trailer park has a holotape “The New Squirrel Tape 1”. At the back of the same building, there’s a Novice wall safe and a novice terminal. Pick the lock to get the Fiddler’s Green Trailer Key. The pool outside the main building has an Expert safe under the Water.
The master-locked trailer car to the middle-east (Trailer key required), has planted mines near the area. There’s a cooking station near it. Inside the trailer is an incomplete Power Armor with Fusion Core, duffel bag, and ammo bag.
The trailer to the SW has the “The New Squirrel Tape 2” holotape.
The trailer to the SE has the “The New Squirrel Tape 3” holotape from the fridge and a Live and Love magazine on the table.
Distress Signal
Once you've extended the satellite antenna in Relay Tower 0BB-915, your Pip-Boy will capture a Distress Signal. The entrance of the bunker is found in this area. First, head to the main building where the small pool is located. To its western side, is a mound between the trees and a fence with a couple of barrels. The shelter's entrance should be visible when you look on the ground. Inside the shelter, you'll find the dead settler along with some loots, an Advanced Safe, Novice toolbox, and the ham radio itself. Turn off the Ham Radio to disable the now insignificant distress signal.
