Notable Items/ Points of Interest
- Has Chem Station inside and a mattress.
- There's a root cellar entrance on the floor. Enter it to find a Weapons workbench inside and more materials.
- Follow the tunnel to find a backroom. There's a named ghoul inside. Before entering, make sure to use Rad-X since the room is highly radiated.
- There's a Wasteland Survival Guide and Bottlecap Mine on the table with the terminal.
- Novice Personal terminal doesn't have anything worthwhile.
