Croup Manor

Warning 1: This is a timed quest and it will be failed automatically if you took your time.

Warning 2: This location is filled with high leveled enemies like Mirelurks and Assault bots (Heck, I even ran into two Legendary Enemies while making a dash for it.) The “safest” way is to swim there. Find the shortest possible distance you can swim and use Rad-X to minimize the radiation damage.

The second floor has a Novice door with some caps, pre-war money and a weapon. Look for the Novice desk where you can obtain the Croup Bedroom Key. Go upstairs to find the bedroom. The bedroom has a Putrid Glowing One. It's high-leveled so don't attempt it if you're not sure how to deal with it.

After defeating it, get the Croup Basement Key from the cabinet. Head to the basement (save again). Don't go in the main room immediately. There are four ghouls here, two high-leveled and another one is legendary. Prepare as necessary then move in to kill them.

The basement has an Advanced Safe, weapons workbench, and a steamer trunk full of ammo and weapons. There's also a mini-nuke on the couch.

After clearing all enemies, interact with the workbench outside to use this location as another settlement.
