This is a heavily defended Gunners hq with turrets and heavily armed guards in the perimeter, including one equipped with a Fat-Man. It's better to take this specific gunner out first by sniping or utilize stealth and engage the guards within the perimeter.
First floor
From the entrance, there's a protectron that you can activate using the Novice terminal nearby. The main hall has two turrets and minimal loot. Check the smaller booths to find stimpaks and other materials.
Enter through the double-door to the west to reach the next part of the second floor. To the north, there's a novice blue utility door with a tension trigger. To the south, you'll find a Nuka-Cola Quantum inside a tray on a bench. Beside it, is an elevator that leads to the basement. The broadcasting room in the middle of the corridor has a master lock. If you can't pick it, you have to get the key from one of the two named Gunners in this location.
The office NW of the recording room has a working terminal and a wall safe. You can use the terminal to unlock the safe. The first room to the SW has a stealth boy. Both ends of the corridors Lead to a large staircase leading to the second floor.
Second floor
In the corridor heading east, there's an advanced wall safe to the right, between two display cases. Take the first turn to the right (south) and you'll find an advanced blue door with a Fat-man inside. The NE room has a novice terminal that can disable the turrets. Continue to the balcony area of the main hall.
There's an issue of Guns and Bullets in the archive room to the south, in the center table in the middle of the room.
There's a named Gunner here called Cruz. You can loot the GNN Recording Room Key and Cruz's Holotape from him. To the east, there's a door leading outside on the balcony.
(Upper floors, building exterior)
There's a cooking station here and stairs leading to the upper balcony where a Gunner equipped with a Fat-Man is found. There are stairs leading to the rooftop. You can find the elevator there. Behind it, is a generator with fusion core.
To the west, there's a room with a Novice door which has several Beds, footlockers, and an explosive crate. Across that room beside the stairs is an armor workbench. Take the elevator to reach the basement.
Basement
There's a named rider here called Ryder. Like Cruz, you can get the GNN Recording Room Key and his own holotape from his body. The control room in the middle has a green steamer trunk as well.
In the western side of the basement, there are two small rooms that has a Novice large toolbox and across it is a weapon workbench. There's an armor workbench and a Master safe in the SE corner of the basement (consult the local map) The elevator leading back to the ground floor is found in the NE corner of the basement.
Ground floor
After getting the key either from Cruz or Ryder, enter the Recording Room and kill everyone inside, including Captain Wes. You can also loot the the Small Guns Bobblehead in the middle of the counter. Loot Wes's safe key from his body and use it to open his safe. There's also a green steamer trunk that you can loot. After clearing this room, you're practically done with the place.
