Back Street Apparel

This is an abandoned clothes store that was turned into a raider base. The store's entrance is guarded by a couple of raiders and auto-turrets.

In one of the rooms near the stairs in the ground floor, there's a named raider. There's a steamer trunk, Advanced Safe, Armor Workbench, Novice Cooler, and Advanced Terminal.

In the upper floor, there's a mattress, a Master Safe, and a Grognak the Barbarian issue on the table. From that floor, follow the stairs to find the ladder leading to the rooftop.
