Approach the USS Constitution east of Bunker Hill and wait for a Lookout robot to approach you and request you to meet up the Captain on the bridge. Enter the building and go upstairs. Make your way to the damaged part of the hull and enter the ship.

Make your way to the top deck and talk to the captain. You’ll get the chance to ask for reward. After the conversation with the captain, the scavengers below will attack. You’ll have to repel them and have the option to blow them to pieces using the ship’s cannons. Kill the remaining scavengers to complete the objective.

Talk to Mr. Navigator to learn that you need to recover the ship’s Guidance Chip from the scavenger’s forward recon station. Next, talk to Bosun in the lower deck to learn that you have to help him repair or replace the faulty Power cables. The power cables can be jury-rigged if you have at least LV3 INT or you can get new power cables from the metal box in the third deck near Bosun and use it to fix the cables. Interact with the marked circuit boxes and replace the cables as necessary.

After repairing the Power cables, report to Bosun. It will then ask you to repair (requires INT5+) or buy a Power Relay Recoil. There’s one available in Bunker Hill. Once you’re done repairing / replacing the Power Relay Recoil, talk to Bosun again to complete the objective.

Approach the scavenger’s recon base and you’ll be approached by Mandy Stiles. She’ll refuse giving you the chip. Instead, she’ll have you choose whether you’ll help them destroy the ship or complete Ironside’s mission. The guidance chip is also located inside a cabinet within the building, with a lone mercenary guarding it. You can steal it if your sneak/stealth level is high enough. Additionally, the mercenary may move turn around. You can time your stealing to that if necessary. If you get detected, you also have the option to escape and not engage the scavengers in a firefight.

After getting the chip, return to the top deck and install it on the guidance system. Talk to Mr. Navigator once again to learn about your next objective. You now have to recover a Poseidon Radar Transmitter from the marked Poseidon Reservoir on the map. If your INT is 9+, you can save yourself the trouble and just repair the transmitter. If you have no choice but to take the longer method, retrieve the transmitter from a red trunk in the Poseidon Reservoir then return to the ship and install it.

Talk to Mr. Navigator then to Captain Ironsides. He’ll now ask you to find the FLL3 Turbopump Bearings in Fort Hagen. After recovering the part, return to the ship and proceed to the captain’s quarters to install the turbopump. Once done, talk to Ironsides again.

The scavengers will attack the ship again. Use the cannons when they’re in range and keep them from boarding the ship. Your last task is to fire up the auxiliary Power located in the rooftop of the nearby apartment. Head there and fire it up and watch the ship fly, only to crash on one of the skyscrapers in the city Financial District. The quest will be completed afterward.

If you helped launch the ship, it will relocate on top of a skyscraper. You can access it by riding two elevators in the building it’s sitting on. After visiting the ship again and talking to the captain, you’ll get the title “Honorary Lieutenant” and access to the captain’s quarters below.
