Novice Safe in the container van between the main building and the garage containing ammo and other supplies.

There's a small office located to the south side of the main building. There's a Grognak the Barbarian comic on the table with the terminal and trailer key. Checking the terminal logs will reveal new locations on the map (if they're still undiscovered)/.

Expert Lock / Trailer Door: Use the key to conveniently open the trailer. Inside you'll find a crate with Radaway and a streamer trunk with ammo and weapons.
