The area is overrun by supermutants. There’s a named supermutant named Hammer who serves as the location’s boss. The house to the NE has a Master safe. There’s an Expert lock inside the red truck in the western side of the town with a supermutant cage helmet. The town’s guard post on the rooftop by the entrance has a Super Mutant Chains
Backyard bunker entrance NW of the area, inside a tool shed. This has a red steamer trunk inside, hazmat suit in the shelf, armor workbench, and Wayne’s terminal. If you examine the logs, your map may be updated if you haven’t discovered the locations yet. You can disengage the lock on the wall safe as well from this terminal. You can also eject David’s Holotape as well.
The house farther to the NE side of the town has Lance’s (advanced) terminal and a floor safe. In the same house, there’s another floor safe beside a desk.
