Weathervane

This quest is composed of repetitive tasks where you'll have to place Tinker Tom's MILA device on a specific vantage point in the marked location. There's a fixed number of locations where you can place the device but the order the game will mark them for you will be generated randomly.

Back Street Apparel

This is a rather small building which is overrun by raiders. Make your way to the rooftop and place MILA on the vantage point.

Boston Bugle

Head to the building and take the elevator. In the room with a massive collapsed floor, you’ll find the red steamer trunk near the stairs below. Go back up and exit through the door. The wooden plank here is the vantage point for MILA.

Broken Monorail

The vantage point is located inside the broken monorail in Garden Terrace. Climb the scaffolding down to reach the broken monorail then head inside to find the vantage point. After placing MILA, return to Tinker Tom to complete the quest.

Cambridge Construction Site

Head to the unmarked building under construction connected to the flyover directly west of Bunker Hill and South of BADTFL Regional Office. Fight your way through the supermutants residing in the area then make your way to the highest floor. There’s also a red steamer trunk there and a walkway connecting to the skybridge.

Camp Kendall

Head to the unmarked building with the sign “Now Leasing” in the intersection near the bridge SW of Ticonderoga.

There’s no way to enter the building so you have to take the ramp of the building to the west, use the makeshift walkway to cross the building across.

Climb the rooftop where you can find a gondola that will allow you to reach the target building where you can set up MILA and find a green steamer trunk as well.

Commonwealth Bank

This is another unmarked building south of Fanueil Hall. The bank has been overtaken by raiders. There's a chance for a legendary raider to appear here as well. There's an elevator going up and another door outside that will allow you to explore the interior of the bank.

• In the top floor, there’s an advanced restroom door.
• In the lobby, there’s a Novice terminal to activate the police protectron.
• Office room to the SW has a Novice safe
• The security door requires hacking of the Expert terminal beside it. After successfully opening it, you’ll find more pre-war money on the table and duffel bag, as well as an advanced and expert safes.

The second easternside elevator will take you higher floors, where the MILA vantage point is located.

Corvega Assembly Plant

You don’t need to enter the building to reach the vantage. It’s located in the end of the highest walkway on the roof of the main building. You can go around the building and use the stairs there to reach it.

Hub360

The building itself is an unmarked location near the Fallen Skybridge. To reach the vantage point, you have to enter the Hub 360 building from the ground level. From there, take the elevator up. Disembark then go up the floor using the ramp to reach the next elevator. The second elevator will take you to the rooftop where you can find a red steamer trunk as well.

Mass Bay Medical Center

Third floor has a functional elevator and door leading to the Medical Center Station North entrance. After taking the elevator, you can find a free T-45 Power armor with Fusion Core in the ledge to the NE. However, you need to kill the Gunner Commander quickly before he gets in or sneak attack to deal bonus damage.

In the upper floor, you can find a Brotherhood of Steel scribe inside a cage to the NW. Find Bonnie's Holotape in a small booth to the NE and a ramp leading to the upper floor. From there, there's a elevator leading to the hospital's rooftop. The spot to place MILA is located right beside the elevator.

Parkview Apartments

You have to enter the Parkview Lounge then take the elevator up. Once done, exit to the rooftops and fight your way through the supermutants positioned in the rooftop. You have to cross to the rooftop of the adjacent building to find the vantage point.
