- Advanced safe with Rad-Aways and Med-X in the small open room in the lower floor.
- Caved-in Exit to the south has some medical supplies by the doorway. Inside that room is a Bloated Glowing One and a Charred Feral Ghoul.
- Follow the walkway to the SW. In the end of the stairs, there are more supplies you can loot.
