This is the very first settlement that will be put under your control. It offers a large land area surrounded by a stream that can be tapped for Water supply, and decrepit houses that you can salvage for materials.
Your House has the following :
Book: Crognak the Barbarian on the counter in the kitchen
You're Special: In Shaun's room, on top of the dresser
The workbench is found in the house right across yours.
Several houses in the neighborhood has a floor safe, usually hidden in corners or under furniture.
