Order Up

This quest will trigger the first time you discover Drumlin Diner, SW of Starlight Drive-in. Here you’ll find some NPCs in a middle of a business dispute. If you approach Wolfgang and talk to him, you have the option to ask him to lower their weapons. After learning what the dispute is about, you’ll have the option to ask for money. Also, you’ll have the option to join in the attack or talk to Trudy first.

When you talk to Trudy, you can threaten her or convince her to end the dispute peacefully. This requires a Charisma speech check so make sure to quicksave so you can reload the dialogue options if you need to. After ending the dispute, the quest will be complete.

If you convinced Trudy to end the dispute peacefully, she’ll open up shop in the diner and will be able to sell you supplies, including a unique serrated sword called General Chao’s Revenge.
