Graygarden

This settlement will become an allied settlement after completing the quest “Troubled Waters”. It comes with a fully functioning farm with 6 robots already tending to it.

The territory reaches the overpass nearby so you can build stairs to connect and set up additional Beds for your human settlers. The robots don't need beds so you only have to worry about your human settler's bed requirements. The Mr. Handys function as normal settlers so you can re-assign them to other spots as you need. You can also send them to establish Supply Lines.

Graygarden Homestead

This is the separate house you can explore beside the farm. The door to the cellar has an Expert lock. Inside the cellar there's an advanced safe, chem station, Novice toolbox.
