This is one of the random locations where you can find a tech required in the quest "Quartermastery".
In the ground floor, there's an Advanced Safe and Eddie Winter Holotape 9 on top of it behind the desk to the west. The steamer trunk is located on the rooftop. This is where the tech can be obtained as well.
The separate room outside has an Advanced sliding door. Inside, there’s an armor workbench, a first-aid box, and some components. The same room after that has a weapon workbench and ammo box.
An issue of Astoundingly Awesome Tales is found inside the jail cell in the lower floor of the building. The cell has an Expert lock but you can open it easily using the terminal on the desk nearby.
The evidence room can be opened by the Expert terminal beside it. Aside from the ammo and Buffout, there’s a Novice and Expert safes inside as well.
